Description:
Oh my. What fun day it has been. I have been coloring this piece for about five hours total. Originally in my drawing class at school we were to create a collage of " signs of courage " and then draw it and color it with colored pencils.
My collage consisted of allot of things but I had to crop it so I could draw and color it on time. Anyway here are my courageous images. A stunt double jumping out of a skyscraper window, a matador, a guy giving a speech, an Irish teenager burning the British flag*, a teenage in a protest, and finally a soldier with a curious look on his face.
*I do not have anything against England so please don’t get angry at me please.
Equipment:
Colored pencils and big sheet of white paper.
Post Production:
Scanned in with Canon LiDE 30. Resized and bordered in Paint Shop Pro 7.
busy busy, alot of stuff going on in here, looks like a parade or something. *ive never seen anyone draw a picture of something like this* good drawing, very colorful
I like it. the colors are excellent and it really captures courage. I am sure that it looks 10 times better in real life too. I think if you had more time (like you said) this could have been huge. good luck in class!
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
